Areas of Specialization - I specialize in marketing "unusual" properties. While I enjoy marketing a wide range of properties, I especially like to sell homes that fall into the "one of a kind" category, regardless of the price. There is an extra challenge in marketing a home that's a little different and unique. I also enjoy promoting properties that have been on the market previously with other realtors, but didn't sell for some reason.
Special Interests/Hobbies - I enjoy music, singing and playing guitar, entertaining friends at my home, fishing wherever there is water and spending time with my daughter.
Additional Comments - I receive the most satisfaction from the real estate business when my "customers" become my friends (and lots of them do just that).
